A.J. Wood is a Solutions Consultant for Adobe Systems, Inc. where he actively engages enterprise customers on the benefits of Adobe’s software products. Prior to joining Adobe, A.J. served as the President of Media Cats, Inc., and was ranked the #1 Adobe Instructor WORLDWIDE more than once. An arts & technology advocate, he was invited to join the ranks of Adobe Community Professionals (formerly known as Adobe Community Experts) in 2009. A.J. is best known for his straightforward speaking style, and ability to communicate ideas in the simplest of terms. A.J. produces the popular video tutorial series “I CREATE CONTENT” which airs on YouTube. A creative generalist, he has worked as a musician, studio engineer, photographer and network mercenary.
To say A.J. is enthusiastic about the arts & technology community is an understatement. When he’s not presenting for user groups such as the DFWAUG or the DFW Photography Club, he can be found creating online content for top-ranked websites including LayersMagazine.com, TipSquirrel.com & GeekBeat.TV. A.J. has been published in Photoshop User Magazine, and was recognized locally by Collin College’s Instructor Spotlight. He travels throughout the USA delivering seminars on Adobe products, and has presented at various conferences including OpenCamp, Big(D)esign, D2WC, AIGA, & PPA sponsored events.
