Adobe Talk FAQ
1. So you have an iPhone app, so what?
If you follow me on Twitter or are a Facebook fan, my new iPhone app “Adobe Talk” is a direct portal to my Adobe Tips, Tricks & Tutorials. Now you can read my Daily Adobe Tips, or view my YouTube video tutorials wherever you go.
2. What does it cost?
I think the word you’re looking for is FREE. Go download a copy for your iPhone now.
3. Who are the Photoshop Nuts?
One of the buttons on the Adobe Talk app is labeled “Adobe Nuts.” I post articles on TipSquirrel with some of the best & most under-appreciated Adobe talent around:
- A.J. Wood (Yours Truly)
- Dan Moughamian
- David Asch
- Gavin Hoey
- Glyn Dewis
- Greyson TipSquirrel
- Howard Pinsky
- Janine Smith
- Michael Hoffman
- Richard Hales
- Richard Harrington
- Scot Baston
- Simon Rudd
I had to include them in the app because THEY ROCK!!! Visit their blogs, follow them on Twitter, buy their swag.
4. I downloaded the app, it doesn’t work. You suck.
Hey now. No need to get personal. *Pffftt* You did catch the FREE part right? Keep in mind like any iPhone app, after installing you should reboot your phone. The app receives RSS feeds which can lag occasionally, and Flash video content will not display. (Some Photoshop Nuts use Vimeo & Viddler for their tutorials).
5. Forget the other guy, I think your app rocks!
NO. You rock… Mom. Look at me, I’m blushing. You flatter me. *grin* In all seriousness, I hope you find the app useful, and tell your friends about it.
6. Isn’t this just a virtual business card and shameless self-promotion?
Where’s the harm? I’m taking all the risk. I’m a guy who loves to teach, and happens to be blessed enough to do it for a living. These people think I’m cool, so you might want to see where I’m at next.
